At Aso by Ayo, every custom piece is thoughtfully designed and made to reflect your personal style. Our custom process is intentional and collaborative, ensuring each order is as unique as the person wearing it.

We specialize in custom designed apparel that blends modern silhouettes with African inspired textiles and premium fabrics. Custom requests may include varsity jackets, hoodies, coordinated sets, special event pieces, and personalized designs featuring custom colorways, fabrics, and detailing. Fabric availability and design elements may vary depending on sourcing and production requirements.

To begin a custom order, please email us with details about your request. Include the type of item you are interested in, your size, preferred colors or fabric ideas, and any deadline if applicable. All custom inquiries should be sent to orders@asobyayo.com.

Once your inquiry is reviewed, we will confirm design availability, pricing, and an estimated timeline. Design details will be finalized before production begins to ensure clarity and alignment.

A non refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Production timelines vary based on design complexity and material availability and will be confirmed prior to payment.

All custom orders are final sale. Custom pieces are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Custom designs are not a one stop shop process and may require multiple stages of sourcing, cutting, and construction to achieve the final product.
